1. About the Service
TwtPicker is an independent giveaway tool that scrapes public comments from Twitter/X posts, filters eligible entries, and selects winners using a cryptographically secure random shuffle. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Twitter/X or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must be able to form a legally binding contract and must use the Service in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any giveaway you run with the Service complies with the rules of the platform on which it is hosted and with all relevant laws and regulations, including promotion and lottery rules in your jurisdiction.
3. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the giveaways and contests you run using the Service, including setting fair and lawful rules, clearly communicating those rules to participants, obtaining any required permissions, awarding prizes, and complying with all applicable platform policies and laws. You are responsible for the URLs you submit and confirm that you are entitled to run a draw based on the content at those URLs. You agree to use the Service only with public posts and not to attempt to access private or protected data.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not: use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose, including rigging or misrepresenting a giveaway; attempt to manipulate or bias the winner-selection process; use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; scrape, overload, or place automated demands on the Service beyond normal use; reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service except as permitted by law; or use the Service in a way that violates the rules of Twitter/X or any other platform. We may suspend or terminate access for any misuse.
5. Free trials
New users may receive a limited number of free trial draws so they can evaluate the Service before subscribing. Free trials are provided as-is and may be changed, limited, or withdrawn at our discretion. Trial limits exist to give you a genuine sense of how the Service works; they are not a guarantee of any particular ongoing free allowance.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid access is offered through subscription plans, such as a monthly Creator plan and a yearly Growth plan, at the prices shown on our pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize our payment processor and us to charge the applicable fees for your selected plan and billing cycle. Subscriptions may renew automatically according to the billing cycle you choose unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and up to date. Prices may change, and we will provide notice of material price changes where required.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by a trusted third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you agree to that provider's terms in addition to these Terms. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or limit your access until the matter is resolved.
8. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will stop future renewals. Unless required by applicable law or stated otherwise, fees already paid are generally non-refundable, and cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. 9. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
10. Fairness of draws
The Service selects winners using a cryptographically secure pseudorandom process designed to give every eligible entry an equal chance. While we take fairness seriously and build the tool accordingly, you acknowledge that the results depend on the entries and filters you provide, and that you are responsible for configuring your draw correctly. We are not responsible for outcomes that result from filters, settings, or rules that you chose.
11. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding (excluding third-party trademarks and your own content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of the Service. You may use exports you generate for your own legitimate giveaway purposes.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that any results will be accurate or reliable in every case.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service. To the extent we are found liable, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your giveaways, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
